Papers as the title goes are a mess always,
4m all perspective -environment, maintenance(all d bills especially),records ya even in this computer hi - tech savy world we still have papers no matter how much small memory chips we make with large memory storage but we still have to sign papers.
But what I am referring too is my resignation letter--YES i have finally put my papers as a techie would say :).YA I have finally done it what a relief all the stress was worth it is what I feel.Just as Rash says "Theres something more to this wait.Something really good will come to you just keep faith in GOD".Ya and it is here.
My resignation has brought not just smile to my face but also to my friends faces.Some of whom are with me in d same company as I am currently and kept telling me "tu nikal ja yaha se"- Its a bad place for you :)
I still havent seen the managements reaction except one persons and he being a friend and a boss I always wanted to discuss this entire switch thing with him but the devil inside me kept telling me he is your BOSS.
And today on the first day of my Notice period he told me you did the right thing-ya suprising
I thought it would be "Aisa kyun kar rahi hai" standard dialogue hai which we get most of the time.
This frnd cum boss of mine has always wanted the best for me (My personal thoughts) tried but has failedinfront of this new top management which he is new too I have known these guys for like 2.5 yrs(No wonder keeps telling me to join his old account)
I wish I keep getting such BOSSES who whenever I put my papers tell me "Right Decision" :)
